Based on your travel destination: country/region and the number of days you plan to use it, customize your eSIM card plan. You can choose data plans ranging from as short as 1 day to as long as 180 days.

If you need to or if you change your phone during your trip, you can install the eSIM card into another device. However, please note that you can only transfer the eSIM card from the original device to a new one. Once you have transferred it to a new device, you will not be able to reinstall and use the eSIM card on the original device.

Yes. To ensure that your eSIM card gets the best coverage, you must turn on data roaming in your phone's “Settings”. Once you have installed the Seek eSIM card, there will be no extra charges after you turn it on.

The Seek eSIM card provides the fastest 3G/4G/5G network coverage. However, in some areas with limited coverage, you may have a slower network connection. The coverage of 3G/4G/5G networks varies in different countries/regions. We're really sorry, but we can't control that.

Yes. You don't need to take any extra steps to keep your WhatsApp number. The system will automatically retain your number, contacts, and chat history.

After purchasing the eSIM card, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions for installing the eSIM via a QR code or manual code. Please note that once the eSIM card is installed and activated, it cannot be returned.

The China mainland eSIM only provides internet access. It does not include a local phone number for you to make calls or send text messages. However, you can still use applications like WhatsApp to make calls and send messages.

In general, once the eSIM card connects to the local telecommunications network, your data plan will be activated immediately. In some areas, the plan can be enabled right after installation (the Seek eSIM data plan will officially start operating after you arrive at your destination). For example, if you purchase a 1-day plan and it starts at 10 a.m., the plan will remain active for a full 24 hours, ending at 10 a.m. the next day.

• You have canceled your trip or no longer need the eSIM card.
• Under normal circumstances, our eSIM cards can operate smoothly, but if you encounter connection issues, we can offer you a full or partial refund.

After the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the account you used for payment. This process may take 5 to 15 working days.

If the electronic device you are using supports the simultaneous installation of a physical SIM card and an eSIM card, then you can use both the physical SIM card and the eSIM card at the same time. In your device, you can choose to use the physical SIM card for making calls and sending text messages, and use the Seek eSIM card for network data.
Please note that if you keep the physical SIM card activated, your telecom operator may charge you for data roaming when you receive or make calls, and when you send text messages.
