If you need to or if you change your phone during your trip, you can install the eSIM card into another device. However, please note that you can only transfer the eSIM card from the original device to a new one. Once you have transferred it to a new device, you will not be able to reinstall and use the eSIM card on the original device.

Yes. To ensure that your eSIM card gets the best coverage, you must turn on data roaming in your phone's “Settings”. Once you have installed the Seek eSIM card, there will be no extra charges after you turn it on.

The Seek eSIM card provides the fastest 3G/4G/5G network coverage. However, in some areas with limited coverage, you may have a slower network connection. The coverage of 3G/4G/5G networks varies in different countries/regions. We're really sorry, but we can't control that.

If the electronic device you are using supports the simultaneous installation of a physical SIM card and an eSIM card, then you can use both the physical SIM card and the eSIM card at the same time. In your device, you can choose to use the physical SIM card for making calls and sending text messages, and use the Seek eSIM card for network data.
Please note that if you keep the physical SIM card activated, your telecom operator may charge you for data roaming when you receive or make calls, and when you send text messages.
